The Y has state of the art equipment, wonderful classes for all ages, a great pickleball program and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
If they have health insurance that gives it to you for free . It keeps them moving , busy and make friends so they don’t stay home lonely.
I use the pool and lot its always warm and the people are so considerate I'm disabled they even open the door for me

Great equipment and friendly staff.
There are a few reasons.
1. I can walk there. I recommend this location to anyone in Westchase.
2. The place is clear.
3. Very freindly employees.
4. The machines are perfect for me. I love Cybex leg machines. This location has all the leg machines I need.
5. My knees are getting old, so the bikes and ellipticals can get my heart rate up without the impact.
I know #4 and 5 may be trivial, but having these machines in a location so close to me is extremely important. It means that I don't need to purchase these items for my own use since the WPV Y is so convenient for me.

Did not give you a 10 because of the number of guests that “hog” certain machines too long during the late morning..
