My child had a great experience, even though he did not know any other campers, and enjoyed the activities. I liked that the activities were indoors most of the day, so the campers were not in the heat all the time.

The gym is very complete, the number of activities it has is fantastic, very clean, kid’s club is great, etc. The only thing I feel is missing are more machines for doing abdominal and oblique exercises.
The YMCA has been part of community for as long as I can remember (55+ years). As a child in Ohio, I attended the youth day camp, then went to an outdoor family center during my involvement in the church youth group. In more recent years, I was part of the Livestrong group for current/past cancer patients. The YMCA as an organization continues to grow and enhance programs and services to the communities it serves, and has managed to remain current (i.e. offering apps), as the needs/wants of the communities change. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I've never had a bad experience at the Y. Keep up the great work!!
Since I’ve been a member I have been treated like a family member. Everyone is so nice and friendly and always willing to help with just about anything. I have spoken to many of my friends about how they should consider joining this amazing group of people. I love my Y family.

As adults we loved the camp. My son who is 6 struggled with the seriousness of the format. I think we will wait for him to get a little bigger and try again.

The Y offers excellent classes for seniors and other members. The workout equipment is up to date and offers a good variety of items to work out on. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I find the Spurlino Family Y, located on Big Bend, to be welcoming and clean. I predominantly do group fitness classes. The wide selection of times and classes keeps me motivated to workout. I enjoy the intensity of the Les Mills fitness classes and appreciate the new releases throughout the year.

It has many things for seniors; they accept silver sneakers which means I can attend classes and swim laps at their beautiful outdoor heated pool. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The swim instructors were great with my kiddos! I was very impressed with their patience. The lessons were enjoyable and they learned a lot.
