Very good on removal of spots and soil. On time and very polite. My carpet is quite slow to dry. Your serviceman left a high powered fan in place for 1.5 hr to help dry the carpet. If it had stayed longer I could have moved it to 2 other areas and everything would be dry by now. There still are a few areas not quite dry. I do have the AC and house fan running with humidity set near 0%.
