WOW what a great experience using Zerorez! I was quickly and easily able to schedule my appointment online, get text and email confirmation and a friendly phone call to let me know they were on their way. Our technician Sam was AMAZING, very polite, took the time to explain everything to me and show me on his iPad the cost of everything we added/took away. He worked his butt off to deliver amazing results to my couches and area rug, and he gave me regular updates on his progress. Sam deserves a raise :)

Our 75 pound puppy had a very rough night. Beautiful wool carpet suffered the stains. I worked on it for hours. It helped but this needed professional skill.
Sergenians suggested you. You came the next day. Valentino was outstanding. Thoughtful, skilled, and persistent, he prevailed over the mess. Best of all, he was clear and realistic, pointing out the areas we will likely need to treat again. He did an excellent job and acknowledged where even best efforts couldn't get everything.

We where very happy with the service. This was our first time duct cleaning and was not sure what to expect. The crew did a very nice job and took care moving around the house from duct to duct to do the cleaning. .

We had never used Zerorez prior to this but had heard a lot of good things about the end results.
I would like to make a suggestion though - please make it more pronounced in the emails and on your web site that you do NOT move beds or larger furniture that may need the carpet cleaned underneath.
