I wanted my carpets cleaned before I moved into my condo. Aaron came on time and did a great job. I was gratified to hear that the company had done work in the complex and took care of the common areas. I noticed they were in good shape when I toured the condo and made an offer. He explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take. He was on time and efficient and explained everything well. He also gave me a discount for being vacant, which was appreciated. I would use the company again and would recommend them.

We were very impressed with our service technician Brandon. He worked very hard, and did a very thorough job. He was at our home just over 8 hours, and working diligently the whole time. You should be proud of this employee… very professional and polite. We did provide a cash tip to thank him for his work.

In time, courteous, professional. Did an excellent job. My carpets look amazing. Even with 2 dogs, 2 cats and 3 kids. They worked with me to reschedule in the fly when I found out our new furniture was arriving winter than we think. They offered solutions to the area where the dog had an accident. We’ve lived here for seven years and have shampooed the carpet our selves twice a year. With pets I’ve always had a full dust canister in my vacuum when done with each room. After they left and the floor dried I ran the vacuum in all the areas they cleaned. I was amazed at the emptiness of the dust canister.
