The technician we had (Sam) was so very polite, accommodating and efficient. He explained everything about cleaning our carpet and he knew what he was talking about! Our carpet (which was old) came out looking great! We will definitely call Zeroez again for future cleaning needs.

The products work extremely well. Our carpets are clean and free of chemical smell. We appreciate the more ecological cleaning efforts. We have called Zerorez four times in the past, and every time except once, we had a very professional and efficient worker do a fantastic job.
