I recently rented a new apartment and the previous owner had pets. The previous owner did have the carpet professionally cleaned but the soap/chemicals/perfume smells were overwhelming. I hired Zerorez to clean {reclean} the carpet to remove the chemical/perfume smells. Because the previous owner had 2 dogs that lived with her, I requested to use Zerorez carpet pet treatment. The carpet looks fantastic. Sam did a wonderful job. He was efficient and through. The final result removed the perfume/chemical smells and left the apartment smelling naturally fresh. I'd definitely recommend this company and will not hesitate to hire them again in the future.
This was such an easy process. I booked online (with a coupon) and picked how many rooms and the preferred time frame. From there it was smooth sailing, my carpet cleaning technician was thorough, professional and friendly. He explained everything as he went along and welcomed questions and comments. The carpet looks brand new and was dry in no time!

Technician was polite, friendly, efficient, and careful to be neat. He was able to remove a difficult stain under a swivel rocker, but was either unsuccessful or forgot about two smaller coffee stains in front of the rocker. Unfortunately I didn't notice that they were still there until the next day. Overall the carpets look beautiful.
