The carpet looks like brand new and the technician was able to get the stains out. Better results than Stanley steamers I had their service 3 years ago. Also loved that this is pet friendly and safe.

I don't know when the carpets had been cleaned last. There were several dark spots in the living carpet. They came out and the house still smells better.

I couldn't be happier with their customer service and the work they did. My parent's carpet has not been cleaned professionally in almost 20 years. They were courteous, kept in touch on time and did an awesome job. They emailed they would be there between 12 and 3, because of my work schedule they were very flexible and waited for me to be there. The carpet looked amazing, Price is fair, I can't recommend this company enough! Will definitely use them again.

The cleaning and technician were excellent. Technician was very thorough with the explanation of the service and also friendly. He took care of moving the sofa and loveseat. The only minor disappointment was the carpet took longer than I expected. Otherwise the carpet looks great!
