He arrived promptly within the appointment window, was able to remove the grease spots on the area rugs and stairs that were the reason I scheduled the Zerorez service, and very professionally and courteously completed the cleaning in a very reasonable amount of time. He did a couple of small items that we requested and was able to get out the high traffic dirty areas as well. Again, we are VERY pleased!
