We tried Stanley Steamer two weeks ago and they did a lousy job. Matthew did a good job!

They were prompt, quick and efficient. I like that they use their own water and take the dirty water back with them! They were respectful of our home and keeping the cold/snow out of the home. There were no fumes and dry time was reasonable.

The house didn’t smell of soap or chemicals after the appointment. It was only wet on a very tough to get clean area & that is because he repeated it. The service provider was accommodating about anything I mentioned and did an excellent job.

I like the fact that I don't see any soap residue and my carpet looks great, even after many years of wear and tear.

Matthew was very professional and worked a full day to clean and treat carpets and area rugs at our home. The 16 year old carpets look new and the house smells fresh with no chemical odor. We have pets and he was very good about finding problem areas and fully cleaned them. Will request Matthew for future service.
