He arrived promptly within the appointment window, was able to remove the grease spots on the area rugs and stairs that were the reason I scheduled the Zerorez service, and very professionally and courteously completed the cleaning in a very reasonable amount of time. The time taken to verify whether the chair we also wished to have cleaned was safe to do---it
was not. Thereby saving us the time and expense to deal with a ruined chair.
