I had a great experience. The tech I worked with did a great job explaining the process, what was doable, and what wasn't. While asking questions about stains and another possible concerns he listened to my answers and had good confirmation questions. In the end there were multiple spots that I had little hope for that he was able to get stain free, which I appreciate.

We have used Zerorez twice before. They are very professional. They tell what they are going to do and how they will do it. Our carpet looks new. We just had it done and the guy asked us why we were having it cleaned as it looked brand new to him. I will recommend them and will continue to use them.
