The representative that performed our service was friendly, knowledgeable, and took what he did seriously. He kept us informed of what was all going on and walked us through any problem areas that he came across. The carpets look so much better and the couch smells like new… well newish as it is 12 years old.

Matthew was phenomenal. He was friendly, asked great questions about the carpet, and used every tool he had to get the dining room carpet spotless. Luke House is a non-profit organization who serves Madison's hungry nine times a week. As you can imagine, the carpet was in quite a state. After Matthew was there, it looks brand new! Our volunteers and guests have been shocked at how good the carpet looks (and how reasonably priced you were). Thank you for quality work at an affordable price!

My carpet had several large stains that I was certain I would have to replace it. Zeorrez was able to get them all out and my carpet looks amazing.

The technician was honest in his evaluation and did an excellent job. I appreciate the openness and was made aware that replacing the carpet may be the better option. We agreed to attempt the cleaning with full disclosure he would do his best, but the end result may not remove the majority of the stains.
The end result looks amazing and saved me from replacing carpet. I will continue to use Zerorez!
