The young man who came to clean our ducts explained everything he needed to before starting. Made sure all questions were answered. He was very personable and was pleasant to have in our home. We turned the air on today and it definitely smells much cleaner.

Your associate called to let me know he was on the way and arrived as scheduled. He got to work quickly and did everything I asked. When he finished, the dirty spots were all gone. He recommended a special treatment in an area that I was especially concerned about and the pet stains are now gone too. Great service!

Our Zerorez technician, Austin, was helpful and professional. He did an excellent job of cleaning the carpeting. We highly recommend him and are pleased with our Zerorez experience.

The technician came to my house on time and efficiently cleaned the carpets and upholstery. He was polite and I felt comfortable having him in my home.

We were notified on the morning of our appointment that due to some circumstances, we might not be able to have our sectional cleaned. Having invited 120 people over for a party, that couldn't happen.
I replied to the email, and within an hour, there was a technician over.Did an amazing job and was very professional about it!!
