I feel the service was prompt arriving on time and a good job was done. I also like the idea that we are not leaving shampoo in the carpet that becomes a dirt magnet. The only thing that put me off is the request for giving the tech a tip! Can't Zerorez afford to pay their staff a decent wage without requesting a tip? For this reason alone, I may think twice regarding who I schedule our next carpet cleaning with.
