Our technician (Jose) called in advance with his arrival time and was on time. Jose was courteous, polite, and professional. We have a very old home with old carpeting and still have children in the house. We saw a noticeable improvement in the appearance of our carpeting. We will certainly use you services if needed in the future, and we will definitely be recommending Zerorez to our friends.

The representative you sent was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! The price of your service was extremely reasonable, and all of our stains were removed. He was even concerned about how our cat would react to the sound of the machine - not everyone who has been to our house has done this!! We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks us, and we will use this company in the future for our carpet (and upholstery) needs!
