The technician, Tim, was very informed about the product and expected results. He explained everything to me before, during, and after the cleaning. He provided an estimate to clean my stairs and lower level. I waited a couple of weeks before responding because I wanted to see how my carpets looked after being walked on. The outcome is very good. My carpets are old and Tim warned me about a couple of areas--however, the light stains that remained did not darken with time and the traveled area did not matt as has happened with other companies' cleaning process. I am very pleased and will scheduled the rest of my carpets with Zerorez. Thank you.

What impressed me the most was Brandon's professionalism and honesty regarding the basement carpet that had been dominated by cats within the household. He took the time to explain the reality of having cats and showed me with the blacklight the areas that were affected. He suggested products to help with any future "accidents" from the cats. While there were two spots that Brandon was unable to remove, the rest of the carpet was such a pleasant surprise. I was very pleased with his service and the products that he used.
