The carpeting looks great. Tim was very neat and did a very nice job cleaning our white carpeting.

Though I was not present the day of service, my daughter was, and the gentlemen was polite, and efficient and did a great job. Old stains came out and the carpet looks great.

I liked Aaron, the person who came and cleaned two chairs and our carpet. He did an excellent job. He was very professional, on time and a hard worker. I liked that he wore "booties" over his shoes. My only suggestion would be to be careful with the water. Water spots were on our wood floor and had to be wiped up. Maybe something put under the machine would be helpful. I would certainly choose Zerorez again. Thank you!
