We were really impressed on how well our carpets turned out. It had been 7 years since we last had them done. We have two Dogs and they leave a lot of hair and dirt on the carpets....We really expected to replace the carpet this year, it looked old, dirty and tired out. I was very pleased with the result and the service. I had a large ink stain on my cream colored carpet. While the stain didn't come out completely (nor did I expect it to), it is almost gone it almost un noticeable. The guy who cleaned the rug (Jim, I think) was very professional and courteous
