My only gripe is that you guys advertised a lot on 105.5 MMM and I am also a veteran and Amanda said there was no discount. I wasn't asking for the whole thing free or anything but maybe 10% less because I heard it on MMM or I am a veteran would have been kind. I somehow also called her cell phone to pay for it. She must have called me on it. It wasn't something we couldn't work around just seemed a bit inconvenient.

The man who cleaned our carpet was a very happy and pleasant person who not only seemed to enjoy his job but proved that he was great at it! We are very happy with this experience and we will be booking another treatment come July.

Arrived promptly, worked quickly, little inconvenience to us, love the refreshed look of our carpet!

Dried fast and didn't have any type of a smell after it was cleaned ( like a fragrance ) I liked the fact that Dennis and Brandon checked over the carpeting thoroughly before cleaning and asked about the spots and tried to figure out what made the staining in the first place. Also were up front about what spots they thought they would not be able to remove.

What is amazing is a stain that we are concerned will not come up you're able to make disappear. In our apartments we appreciate when you let us know up front if a carpet is done for our of its worth cleaning which is VERY hard to find companies willing to be that honest.

The guys were on time, courteous and did a great job. I couldn't be happier.
