The device professionals where on time, explained everything they were going to do. Cleaned the carpet very thoughly. It was an over all very good cleaning experience. Highly recommend them to everyone.

I like how polite and accommodating the technician was, how he was right about drying times, how there was no damage to baseboards, and how soft and new the carpet looks and feels.

The person that cleaned my carpets gave very good explanations of what he was doing. The cleaning took no time at all, an hour for 3 rooms. The cleaning is guaranteed for 30 days for return of the soiled areas. Equipment was very clean. Left no mess behind. Overall I was very pleased with the services of Zerorez.

The service was great. The guys that came to my house were careful not to track anything in the house and they were so polite. I liked that the products used are considered people AND pet safe. I was actually a little worried about the age of the carpet and the number of dogs we've had as to how the carpet would clean up. My husband and I are very pleased with the results!
