I was really hoping that cleaning the microfiber couch and chair would work out but due to the price he gave me I will have to wait for another time. I also didn't know the carpets would stay wet for as long as they did but that's okay, they still look nice!

Just had my carpeting cleaned after 10 years - they were a mess. Really obvious traffic patterns, steep, narrow, carpeted stairs, spots I never was able to get out, just kind of funky. I vacuum regularly, but after 2 boys & a dog it just wasn't cutting it any longer. My sister used Zerorez a few months ago & was very pleased with how clean they got the carpeting at her house so I decided to try them too.

The tech that came (Kevin) was very nice, patiently answered all of our questions & got to work. It took about 90 minutes for him to work his magic & the carpeting was dry enough to move everything back into the rooms after 8 hours.

FABULOUS JOB!!! The carpet looks almost brand new again, which is way more than I expected. I am so very happy with the results! I would recommend this company any time & hire them again in a heartbeat.
