The two guys who came to clean the carpets were nice, polite and presented themselves well. The explained what they were going to do, asked about the stains that needed extra attention, worked quickly and finished up the billing process in short order. I surprised how quickly they were done. The carpets look as good as they're going to look for their age and wear they've had.

First reason is that my carpets looks new again - no more spots and stains. Second reason is that the technician was on time, polite and very knowledgeable about your services. He made recommendations for additional services without being pushy.

The product is amazing. Being a massage clinic we had oil stains and things on the carpets and it's amazing to come in and those are all gone. Even the high volume areas that get run down, like the paths people walk, you can't even tell the difference. The carpets look as good as new.
