The customer service is phenomenal. We had used them and the past and just had gotten new carpet three weeks ago. My dog suddenly got sick on my BRAND NEW carpet. I couldn’t get it out and was freaking out!! I called Zero Rez and in less than an hour someone was at my door. They were super nice, affordable and amazingly removed the stain and saved my brand new carpet. Honestly I can’t recommend them enough and Jose was so so nice!!!!

The carpets look great and STAY clean longer with Zerorez than with any other product/service I have tried.
It was carpet in the living room, basement stairs, a hallway and a bathroom floor that was cleaned. The carpet was pretty worn and he did the best he could to get it cleaned. The bathroom linoleum floor turned out amazing! An extra charge of $20 was added for that service. It was interesting to note, that the person cleaning indicated that it was a good price for the work that was done in 45 minutes. I thought the price was a little high for the amount of time that was spent in the house although I did not believe it was negotiable.

I have used Zerorez twice and I really like how your cleaning solution doesn't live our carpets wet and smelly for several days! And the personnel who does the cleaning is also professional and courteous. And both times the carpets ended up very clean and look like new!
My carpets are 13 years old and very stained. After Jose was done they looked brand new!
The carpet tech was very nice & polite & did quick work of getting the job done. The ONLY issue we had was that we were told it would be about 8 Hrs. before our carpets would be dry & it took more like 2 full days before they truly were dry. I think we would've planned differently had we known it would take a bit longer to dry. Other than that, everything else was great !
btw..... we had heard Van Edwards from the WIBA 101.5 radio station recommend your services, so that's why we ended up trying you out. That & the fact that there would be zero residue left behind. The carpets look great!

Shortly after having my two worst carpet areas cleaned, my dog managed to spill another large mug of coffee (that I, yet again, mistakenly left on the coffee table in front of the couch) on the living room carpet. This was entirely my fault! I asked Zerorez to come back out to do a 'spot cleaning' of the area, as well as another application of the pet odor treatment on another carpet. The same nice young man who did the original cleaning was the one who came out to perform the cleaning. He was very gracious, understanding and he would not let me pay any additional money for the services. Wow! You sure don't see that in today's world very often. I explained that this was completely separate from the original cleaning he had performed just a couple of weeks earlier, and that I never expected to have the work done without a charge! Needless to say, I lost the argument. :-) If anyone asks me about carpet cleaning services, I will most definitely & highly recommend Zerorez! Thank you...
