Shortly after having my two worst carpet areas cleaned, my dog managed to spill another large mug of coffee (that I, yet again, mistakenly left on the coffee table in front of the couch) on the living room carpet. This was entirely my fault! I asked Zerorez to come back out to do a 'spot cleaning' of the area, as well as another application of the pet odor treatment on another carpet. The same nice young man who did the original cleaning was the one who came out to perform the cleaning. He was very gracious, understanding and he would not let me pay any additional money for the services. Wow! You sure don't see that in today's world very often. I explained that this was completely separate from the original cleaning he had performed just a couple of weeks earlier, and that I never expected to have the work done without a charge! Needless to say, I lost the argument. :-) If anyone asks me about carpet cleaning services, I will most definitely & highly recommend Zerorez! Thank you...
The technician was very informative and very respectful. He answered all of my questions and explained things thoroughly. He respected me and my house. He treated my carpet extremely well and even got on his hands and knees to make sure that all the spots came up, I thought our carpet was a total loss but he made it come back to life again. I was really happy that the water didn't have to come out of our pipes and possibly freeze the pipes with it being so cold. The empowered water treatment did wonders for cleaning my carpet and I felt really comfortable letting my child and animals being around the drying carpet.

The technician did an excellent job, he worked expeditiously, and provided great customer service. He was able to clean a high traffic area that the previous professional cleaner we used about 3 years ago wasn't able to. My only concern was that rug area in front of the bathroom door and laundry room door were damp for 2 days. I have already told several people about the thorough job and how please I was with the process. I especially like how you covered the front door to keep the cold air out and any unwanted creatures. Thanks you very much for a job well done!

Easy to set up the appointment. Good quality for the price. The guys that cane to clean my carpets were courteous and professional. Lastly, my carpets look great!
Carpet cleaners were prompt and called before their arrival. They were willing to move a few pieces of furniture. Carpet was cleaned well and the stairs were treated with a protective coat. The 2 young men were courteous and respectful of our furniture. They wore shoe covers.

Zerorez did a great job of cleaning my carpets. I was able to pick the day and time that worked best for me and the service man was friendly, polite and right on time. We have a frieze carpet that was quite matted in the traffic areas and it fluffed up nicely after cleaning. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future!

Carpet cleaning was very thorough and efficient. The person who did the cleaning was most helpful and explained things as he went along. The cleaning itself was done quickly and he gave me ideas about how to keep things until the carpets dried.

I am a return customer for Zeroez. I have always been satisfied with the cleaning that is done. My carpets are fresh and almost near new. The best thing is that there are no harsh chemicals so my pets are safe to walk on them.
The carpet tech was very nice & polite & did quick work of getting the job done. The ONLY issue we had was that we were told it would be about 8 Hrs. before our carpets would be dry & it took more like 2 full days before they truly were dry. I think we would've planned differently had we known it would take a bit longer to dry. Other than that, everything else was great !
btw..... we had heard Van Edwards from the WIBA 101.5 radio station recommend your services, so that's why we ended up trying you out. That & the fact that there would be zero residue left behind. The carpets look great!
