Brandon was very professional and efficient and explained the process he was using along with the benefits of cleaning. Very helpful information to have. YEARS of foot traffic dirt is almost completely gone. Carpet also smelled great - non of the cleaning chemical smell.

The appointment scheduling, customer service and overall quality of work were top notch. We arranged everything to be done while we were out of town and it went smoothly. We did have a couple of deep, sick dog stains on white carpet that did not come out all the way. They did improve quite a bit and not sure if it is humanly possible to get them 100% clean but that's the only reason it isn't a 10.

This is our second time using Zerorez and won't be our last. We had exceptional service, Jose was very accommodating and listened to our concerns. He worked quickly and gave us great advice for maintaining clean carpets and preventing stains. Price was very reasonable as well. We love the quick service and will definitely recommend to friends and family!
Kevin was awesome. He arrived early, explained his process in detail and did a wonderful job. In areas where most would cut corners he slowed down and paid attention to detail. After the job was complete he answered all my questions without running off to the next job. He made me feel like I was his most important client.
