Brandon was polite and informative and thorough--he was here for over 2 hours. I did alert him to a coffee stain in my den, and he worked on it, but it was still there. It would have been helpful if he had mentioned that the stain did not come out before he left.

It was a pleasure working with Brad and being able to meet within a timely fashion. Scheduling with Zerorez was a breeze and the coordinator to help with scheduling with helpful with sending notices to the Condo Owners. The only thing that I am aware of that was a negative, there were two little bottles of white chemicals of some sort left by the stairs but not a big deal. Great job overall!

The gentleman that cleaned my furniture did a great job and was polite and professional.
The consultants were super friendly and worked efficiently. I found a couple more carpets in the building that really needed a deep clean and I asked him if he had time could he do those too. He did not hesitate. He told me what the cost would be and he did the other two carpets as well. The floors look amazing and he was really efficient with his time. I will definitely be contacted them every 6 months to come back and clean our carpets! The rates were also amazing!
