I received excellent service from the moment I called for an appointment until the job was completed. I was looking for a natural way to clean my carpets, when I saw the television ads I thought I would give Zerorez a chance. Brandon , the technician that cleaned our carpets and furniture was very thorough and did a great job of explaining the process as he went . The furniture and carpets have never looked better !

Did a very good job and removing the spots from the carpet. Looked really nice when they were done. Took a little longer to dry than I anticipated.

The consultants were super friendly and worked efficiently. I found a couple more carpets in the building that really needed a deep clean and I asked him if he had time could he do those too. He did not hesitate. He told me what the cost would be and he did the other two carpets as well. The floors look amazing and he was really efficient with his time. I will definitely be contacted them every 6 months to come back and clean our carpets! The rates were also amazing!

Brandon was polite and informative and thorough--he was here for over 2 hours. I did alert him to a coffee stain in my den, and he worked on it, but it was still there. It would have been helpful if he had mentioned that the stain did not come out before he left.
