The whole experience was fine. We got a reminder call, then a call from the guy who was on the way. The guy was polite, cleaned the carpet quickly, was informative and professional.

Jose did a very thorough job cleaning my carpets. He explained the treatment process very thoroughly before starting. He was very efficient in doing the work. He respectfully listened to my concerns about our old dog walking down the steps and/or going out the back door during the treatment and was careful that there were no problems.
The whole process worked very well and I plan to mention Jose's name if we decide to have any other carpeting cleaning in our home. Thank you.

I would highly recommend your company but not happy about the cleaning I got Saturday 7/7/18. I did call and talked to the operator that took calls on Saturday. She stated she would give the message and have someone call me back. My issues was they floor was extra wet and I don't remembering this from my other cleanings the young person said it's always like this and I told him I don't think so. It took 12 hours to dry and I had fans blowing all the time. I have had you do them before and within 3-4 hours the floor was dry. Then I was checking by my patio window and we had talked that my dog had vomited and I cleaned it the best I could so I looked at at and it was still there. I felt around the door and the floor was completely dried he didn't even touch it. From all the times I have used you I don't want to say anything bad yet. I would like a phone call and we can talk about this. Yes, I would still recommend your company and will give you another try later.
