the guys did a great job. my only comment is they turned on the A/C and didn't tell me until I brought it up they set it for 65, and they tripped a circuit breaker and didn't tell me.

I had an ink stain on my carpet and very little hopes that it would ever come out. But my Zerorez guy Taylor got that sucker to disappear. It was the hottest day of the year and even though I had the AC on it was hot inside. Taylor worked extremely hard despite the heat.

I just bought a house and figured while it was empty it would be a good time to "start fresh" and get the carpets cleaned. Our specialist was very friendly, explained the entire process, was prompt and professional. The cleaning was AMAZING. I wish I had taken some before/after photos. I will certainly be having them back to do the duct cleanings next.
