Every time I go into the building someone from the staff is right there to guide you to service or sales. I drive an hour from out of town and it’s worth every minute. The team they have built is polite knowledgeable and professional.I only go in to the store about twice a year and it is the same every time. The service department listens to what you are telling them not just blowing you off. I stopped by with a speedometer problem and was out the door in minutes. It’s hard to find business the treat the customer like the old days.my money for anything bicycle related is going to Bikes and beyond. Thanks guys
