Love this training center and the grounded and affirming customer care for each client. Have been going here for 7 months with the goal to increase/improve my strength as I get older, with limited time available through the week...and DS formula is a winner. I've significantly improved my strength and it has benefitted EVERY area of my life. If you're considering try out the intro session...talk to Jen or Tom or Drew. They're patient, informative and encouraging. Don't wait because life doesn't.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They make it easy to book even when you call in while driving. It is very clean and the hours make it so convenient to book sessions. This is my favorite place. AND..they have a water station to refill you water bottle instead of trying to get you to buy one more thing. LOVE !

I enjoyed my expirience was very nice and I learned alot about the benefits of sauna while there. I got a home sauna or I would still be a member. Th eonly issue I ran in to was managing the subscription.
Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I love how I feel after my appointment. The rooms are very clean and peaceful. I always fall asleep when I’m in there and come out so relaxed.

Amazing workout in a relatively short amount of time. Workouts are safe and effective and I love the personalized coaching. Everyone should try it!
I love: the cleanliness of the studio, the excellent help & direction of the trainers, the friendliness of all trainers present, the 30 minute training sessions, the muscles I am building, at 83 years old, I feel younger and more fit, and I actually enjoy the training sessions!

The staff put the temperature to my personal settings before I get there. That is helpful. I get in and get the full heat in 30 minutes of my session. They know me by name and always say hello and smile at me.

The staff pay close attention to every detail. Things run like clock work! The cold eucalyptus cloth is the perfect way to end this experience. Booking on the app is quick and easy! I highly recommend!!!
