I love all the services I recieved and would highly recommend the ananda, foot scrub and the massage. Next time I would try to book everything back to back or as close as possible having a big gap between services was not ideal. If there was a pool and other amenities that would have been fine.

One on one instruction. Machines gentle on the body with good results for improving strength. Lots of variety and continued challenge. Very pleasant atmosphere and very kind instructor’s.

I've recommended others to the studio many times.
1. Location - both locations are amazing - the energy and spaces in both Mission and Kensington are truly special.
2. I miss the wall yoga classes those were something very unique!
3. The products available for purchase at the Mission location are also wonderful
4. In the past, there seemed to be more courses in house that were different to purely yoga that I really enjoyed. Again, tis may have changed with Covid and demand
5. The points system and pricing is also fair
6. The studios feel like an integrated part of the community and is something the team should continue to try to do.

All the staff is always friendly and very helpful. Because it’s small, it really has more intimate feel and some of the larger gyms. I’ve had great instructors and my personal trainer has changed my whole approach to my health and fitness. He is a great motivator!

Each enjoyable visit is filled with a lovely atmosphere, beautiful surroundings that please the eye and soothe’s the soul. Soft comfortable robes, pleasant treatment room’s and the most gracious knowledgeable staff. Plenty of choice’s to select services from and reasonable priced beauty essentials to take home as well. I recommend Pure Luxe Spa and have been a monthly client for 3 years.

I have been a member at Discover Strength Lantana for over a year, and I genuinely love every part of the experience. The program keeps me motivated, and I feel fully committed to the process each week. The trainers are fantastic—they provide just the right balance of coaching and encouragement, making every session engaging and challenging. Communication was easy. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and accommodating. The chef was knowledgeable, prepared and great with the kids. Everything was taken care of for us so that we could focus on enjoying our daughter's birthday party with her friends.

Nice relaxing, quiet view in the waiting area. Heidi and Lindsay both gave soothing Swedish massages. The ambiance was very warm and relaxing.
