Perspire Sauna Studio is absolutely amazing! The space is clean, modern, and incredibly relaxing. The infrared sauna sessions leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and totally recharged. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. It’s the perfect escape if you’re looking for a little pampering and some well-deserved “me time.”

The suite was great and the staff very friendly. Made sure I understood how to use the suite, taught me about all the features, and then kindly helped me with all my membership questions. Loved the spa-like feel instead of a gym locker room feel. Definitely would recommend.

I love how I am always greeted by name with a smile. The staff is always so friendly and kind. I truly value the attention they put on the customer. As a busy and working mom, I treasure my 40 minutes of sauna time to reset and set my intentions for the week. The facility is always clean and ready for me to pop in and out on time. The cold towel is always the icing on the cake that truly makes me feel pampered!
