The in class sessions were great.
I wasn't overly impressed with the livestream. The instructor left the camera quite a few times which I understand as there are others in the class who pay more. I wouldn't do livestream again...free to just find some yoga classes on youtube.
Great instructors and a beautiful peaceful modern clean oasis of a studio. Love the natural light in the Mission studio and the larger space.
Every single trainer makes you feel important
I appreciate the professional, personable trainers, and the customized workout with measurable results that I receive in a short time frame. I'm not an exerciser by nature, so this is what has kept me coming back for a number of years.
There is no question that it's easy to sell the "quality" of a DS workout, once experienced. The reality is that, although I have recommended you to at least six friends or relatives, only one came on board at DS. For the others, price was the barrier. These are people who have the money - but don't understand why they should invest in themselves in this way. I don't know any way that the price can move, given the quality of the trainers, facilities and equipment. I do wonder if there would be a way to offer a "two week, trial package" of 2-4 workouts once per person at a lower cost, to allow clients to experience the quality and benefits of Discover Strength. Perhaps those who are skeptical about such an expenditure would better understand the benefits by then.
Every single person I encounter greets me, remembers my schedule better than I do, is always cheerful and helpful. I am grateful beyond words for the amazing professional care. Dr. Guarneri really did save my life by recognizing a health issue no other MD did. I am also grateful for the excellent chiropractic treatments by Dr. Mersky.

Had a wonderful experience! The manager was super friendly, very helpful and made the experience easy to understand and enjoy. Studio was super clean. Parking options were a tad slim but overall loved it.

Great trainers, clean gyms, tracking,lots of encouragement, no contracts, convenient location, 2 x a week for half a hour! I love to tease the trainers and they hand it right back. So funny!
The staff is always there to greet me warmly. The sauna is always hot and clean and ready for me to get in. Everything is always working perfectly and I know I can count on getting in a hot sauna, getting my sweat in, and having a great experience. It is also less than 5 minutes from my house so that certainly helps.
Each doc has their own unique skillset and has helped me a lot!
I like the variety of styles and instructors offered here. Generally, there is a positive learning environment available and instructors are quick to build students up rather than tear them down (old-school, toxic dance education). Happy to return!

I love the Perspire Sauna experience. It drops my cortisol in half instantly every time. It’s scientific magic and I look forward to my daily visits. Combine it with deep tissue massage and you’re going to be amazed. To top it off, Michael Owen is the best customer service employee I have ever encountered. Being in the customer service industry for more than 20 years I know what it takes and the effort that one goes through to make each experience great. Michael takes it to the next level every time I see him. I honestly wish he worked for us 😅 Thank you, Michael!

I love the BAC express, I love that is affordable and open 24/7, I love that the treadmills are spaced out and face the pond. I hate going somewhere where they are jammed together and face the gym so ur just watching people workout. Please never change that!

It's a nice enclave in Castlenock with pleasant rooms for yoga and reformer. The only issue is that there is no sign outside and at first I couldn't find the door however, the very nice receptionist popped out to help me!
