I loved the sauna and red light! I did feel good afterwards. Staff was friendly and informative on how it works and the benefits. I am going to go again and sign up for the 8 times a month.

Perspire Sauna Studio has truly had a positive impact on my lifestyle. I began noticing changes in my body almost immediately after I started going there. At first, I barely perspired, even by the end of a session, but now I begin to sweat quite quickly. I used to catch colds easily and suffer from frequent headaches, but those issues have completely gone away. I have also noticed an improvement in my skin—the dark spots have gradually faded, and my skin feels healthier and looks much better overall. My mother and my daughters have also really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The benefits become noticeable surprisingly quickly.

The 2 gals who work there are very kind and made me feel relaxed. I came in on a Friday, Feb 27, around 3pm. I wish I remembered their names. :/
My experience was amazing!! Saunas were very clean, the gals made sure I received the most out of this wonderful experience there she put on a calming meditation for me. I am still listening to it today.
