I love the private room, its super clean and the staff is really nice! Its really easy to set up appointments on the app. Its like my own private therapy session to just take time for myself and just relax. The sno shower after is a must! I feel reborn leaving there and go at least 3 times a week. Highly recommend!!

The customer service was above and beyond. Kat was so nice and welcoming. She was patient and walked me throught the whole process. It felt very peaceful and I really enjoyed all of it. And I got to pick my music via a YouTube channel I listen to daily. So cool.

The atmosphere is quiet and calming. While I chose to spend extra time relaxing in the waiting area, my appointment was on time. It's nice that you have a staff member who is comfortable with waxing a male, and she may even need to know waxing information that is specific to certain parts of the male anatomy. As always, she was very professional and there was no awkwardness felt by me. It's also nice that you have showers there because I do like to be freshly showered just prior to such an appointment.

So far, I've been pleased by experience. The staff recognizes me and directs me to my room, which is usually ready to go with the Sauna already heating up. The experience is pleasant and relaxing. My only complaint is that it takes a long time for sauna to get up to max temp and is usually just reaching it by the end of the session.

Facility and services rendered are great. It is difficult to book last minute appointments and is a bit on the pricey side.

The young gentleman was very informative about the lights and the various benefits. Personally, I also enjoyed that you could watch tv instead of just sitting there staring at a wall. It was nice!

Great team and clean

The location in The Orchards is great, everyone is incredibly friendly, knows my name when I walk in, has the room ready for me. Overall amazing experience and I love going!

Two "suggestion box" items:
-Could one of the towels be left outside the sauna, so it stays cool?
-Could there be deodorant wipes in the bathroom? I never remember to bring mine and that would be amazing! (it's great there are makeup wipes already!) :)

I totally enjoyed my experience at Urban Chef. The instructor was awesome, very informative and precise instructions. Food was delicious and the event was extremely fun.

I'd recommend this team building exercise to any business.
