The trainers are knowledgeable and care about each client, with their help each workout is perfect for me. I also love that they set the machines, count my reps and make sure each muscle is full worked.
On my first visit, I was extremely impressed with everything I experienced there. VERY professional friendly, personal service. Excellent coaching, and I felt very encouraged to keep working on my personal goals, The facility is amazing, with great equipment, environment and VERY clean! I can’t wait to go again! I felt really good, just barely sore even the day after, which shows that my body was fully exercised properly but not too hard. The establishment was very clean and calming. I felt welcome and enjoyed talking with the staff.
My body has been feeling great. I don't have to think to hard about what to do each visit. I just ask for adjustments as my workout and exercise goals shift, and my trainer just takes care of it.
The bed here I had with Brenda was a wonderful she's always in a magnificent job friendly everyone there is so helpful on a scale of one to 10 I gave her 100. whatever Brandon gets paid it should be double that amount I told her she should make $1 million a year cause that's how my feet felt after leaving the spa.! I hope she gets a good bonus every year from your spa cause she deserves it
