Tunti oli sopivan haastava ja hauska. Välillä haaste tietää mitä pitää tehdä varsinkin kun laitepilates on uusi juttu. Olisi auttanut jos ohjaaja olisi näyttänyt liikkeet ennen niiden aloitusta tai puhunut suomea. Lähinnä siksi että englanniksi ohjauksessa oli tapoja selittää / sanoja mitkä olivat vieraita.
Mutta ohjaaja oli vallan mainio, eli kyse lähinnä omista haasteista kun laji on uusi.

I am LOVING my visits to the sauna. It’s always very clean, staff is friendly, plenty of availability, enjoy the different drink options to purchase. While I never thought I would find myself at a sauna, it has been my favorite discovery of 2025!
Always have the room a few minutes before the reservation. Room and towels are always clean. Staff is very kind and helpful.
Excellent staff and the wellbeing of the infared sauna. Very clean and love that we can watch movies while in the sauna. I haven’t been sick since I have been coming here years ago. Helps with arthritis!

The ladies who welcomed me were wonderful and they knew my name as soon as I walked in. The suite was clean. The sauna was amazing! I loved watching my favorite show on Netflix while I was relaxing. The sno shower was amazing and felt so good after the heat. The cold towel was a treat! I absolutely enjoyed my experience!
Massage was everything I asked for. Asked for my input on what my needs were and focused on my upper back and neck just as I wanted.
