I am a huge fan of Discover Strength. My workouts are intense and efficient, lead by trainers who are lifetime students of exercise science. I’m currently battling an injury, and the trainers are adapting my workouts to accommodate while I recover. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

Alex was fantastic our first time checking in, he explained how to use the sauna clearly and all of the benefits in studio. After our session he let us know about the sale for sessions, which my husband and I took advantage of. We love the fluidity of walking in grabbing a beverage and heading to the suite after checking in. The privacy is top notch you forget you’re in a studio. Can’t wait to enjoy more of our sessions!
