A relaxing atmosphere. Very clean and great people!!!!
Discover Strength has been a lifeline for me. I have counted on my trainers from Plymouth to Minneapolis to now Savage DS to bring me to failure twice a week for over 15 years. I am a life long athlete. With DS expertise, I have a strength base to do all I do each and every day. My 3+ years at Savage DS, I am so very grateful to maintain the intensity of my workouts through two ankle replacement surgeries and recovery. Another summer of canoe guiding and a cross country bike trip is possible because of DS Savage!
The place is always clean and the staff is friendly and happy!
Friendly staff! Everything is always so clean.
Clean, open and easy scheduling on line, and infrared light treatment
The trainers are all fantastic! They are extremely competent for the job and keep giving me tips even though I’ve been going to DS for many years. They are all kind, thoughtful, pleasant and great listeners. They go out of their way to accommodate my injuries. Maria has been my main trainer and is awesome. She makes sure that the other trainers know about any modifications they need to do for me. I love working out here even though there are two locations much closer to me!
