Client Testimonials
So relaxing! Front desk was helpful in navigating a new customer. I appreciate all the information and the cleanliness of the facility. With all that sweating it has to be pristine! Great experience and I’ll be back. Thank you!
The services relax me and energize me at the same time, I don’t even know how to explain.
The place is always spotless and the workers are so very kind.
Great trainers, very efficient workouts.
Great communication, building is clean and teacher is excellent!
Very welcoming and the suites are always clean and set to my preferences upon arrival.
Everything! 👌
This was our first time to your business and everything was explained clearly to us on the process and how to operate the sauna to our preferences. We felt so good afterward and we are definitely coming back to use your services again
Lovely place
Maddison very helpful
More affordable than sweat Houzz where I used to go.

EVERYTHING!!! SPOTLESS, PRIVATE, AMAZING, RELAXING, JUST A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO DE-TOXIFY NATURALLY.
The business is very clean, bright and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was my first visit and i would come back for another session.
Nice staff. Clean rooms.
I love that the classes are small. Butt Naked Fine is just what I'm going to get if I keep going to this class. I also enjoyed the Caribbean Dance class. I was definitely out of my comfort zone, but the class was fun. The instructor was encouraging and lively. Both instructors were attentive.
The mount of classes and the instructors. All are very helpful and encouraging
It was completely relaxing. Customizable to your needs. Private.
Staff is friendly, facility is always cleaner than clean & it always smells nice, the saunas have 2 towels and red light with additional colors to choose from! You can stream shows or frequencies to help you detach and they will also take note of your preferences to have the heat, light and sound where you want it when you arrive! There’s also cold towels at the end and it truly is the cherry on top!
Has helped me with stress and just overall feeling better. Would recommend to everybody I know!
The sauna helps me relax and unwind from the everyday stresses of life. The staff are super friendly which makes it an even better experience.
