Great rooms
I loved the privacy. The room is a good size, and it was lovely to have a hook for my coat and a comfy chair. The sauna was perfection. I used the screen to play a relaxing video. The shower is just right, loved the beautiful shower head and the fragrant body wash.
The Snø shower is incredible. I wish that I had asked for a shower cap, to be more comfortable standing under it. It was such a fantastic feeling! I thought I couldn’t take it and turned it off, then immediately wanted to try it again. Invigorating! I can’t wait to come back.
It is a beautiful clean facility. The services offered were outstanding. The girl who greeted me was friendly and explained everything very well. The saunas were easy to operate. It was a bonus having a TV there. Love the shower. Left feeling pampered

Mitchell did a fantastic job with this class on New Year's Eve. He was very prompt early for our clas,s so we could ask questions ahead of time. I have not been to this studio in a couple of years. He cued perfectly and helped us with form. A+

I have had Reformer Pilates classes with several tutors and they have all been amazing, Maria Uj, Sarah, Ava, Barbara, and many more.
All the tutors have different styles of teaching which is great as we get a variety of different classes which is great.
We always feel great and well stretched after classes, as a senior lady I always feel well supported and encouraged by all the tutors.
All the receptionist are lovely helpful girls too.

always considerate and welcoming, usually reads special requests for temp and special stations on the monitor, I especially appreciate this as it saves me time and I get the most out of my treatments for my medical conditions. I love them!!!

Will was great at the front desk and giving the intro tour. Sauna was hot, lots of red light, and plenty of space for two. Hope to use it again as a nice get away (short) for my wife and me from the kids.
