I really love when my suite is all ready to go. When the heat is already set, I really get a better experience than when it isn't and I have to wait for it to reach temp. Everything is always clean and I feel very comfortable in the space. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They remember my name and are always really friendly.

The services provided offer an amazing contrast therapy that is worth getting used to and is absolutely beneficial for one's health. The staff is friendly and every time I've gone I haven't been bothered for time. The settings are customizable and personable. I've already told everyone about them and I hope to continue with my subscription.

I like that I can use the gym in different districts: whether it’s in Blackpool, or in Ballincollig, or in the city centre. That’s very convenient. Also I like the exercise machines. The only thing, the quality in Ballincollig is worse. Like the hair dryers are in a bad condition, and the running machines are older, but still usable. As for everything else – it’s grand, thank you.
Facilities are very clean. Easy to make an appointment. Service is very good.
