I’ve been coming here consistently for two months now and have seen the best results with the red light therapy. My skin is glowing and feeling fresh right after. The sauna has helped with my immunity greatly now, I haven’t gotten a common cold in over two months now. I work with children at a school and I was constantly getting sick but I really feel like the sauna has helped me decrease my chances of getting sick by a lot. All the suites are clean and ready for you to just sit back and relax. The staff is always kind and helpful as well.

Perspire Sauna Studio is my go-to for recovery and reset. The space is clean, calming, and the staff is amazing and the owners are awesome. I love the private infrared saunas and how customizable each session is. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and re-energized. Highly recommend!

When you take a class with Erin-Friday or Jillian- Tuesday their flow, precision and command of the class is phenomenal. I never walk away disappointed however one client Eileen is non stop texting. When we are standing performing and exercise it is disturbing because if she falls class is over! She is almost at any class I have attended. yes the teachers have told her no phone but her privilege attitude I’m here 4x a week I can do what I want. Dreading to see her this week. One day I may tell her get off your phone!
