I’ve been going to DS religiously for 4+ years, twice a week…sometimes three times a week. In many ways it has served as a significant catalyst in several life changing decisions I’ve made. I’m grateful for the people I’ve encountered there- most notably, Alex Gallen. He is next level and the reason I work out with him exclusively.
If you’re asking about services, aside from high quality training, I would suggest considering offering quarterly bod pods as a part of ones membership. The assessments that are done are one thing, and while they reveal gains in strength, they don’t demonstrate transformation in body composition- which is something often highlighted and stressed as an important health outcome in the weekly email. I don’t claim to know the nuances of the business’ financials, but I imagine the bod pod equipment is a sunk cost at this point. Rather than selling the service as an add on, consider it a part of membership. Membership is already at a premium, and I’m sure retention of clients is an important metric- baking in bod pods, at least for me, would add value to my experience and strengthen my retention probability. While I’m not going anywhere, frankly, it would be nice to get a little more after such a lengthy partnership with DS. I made it through the hard part, the first year, and am well past the point of considering other options. But for newer clients, using the bod pod to demonstrate improvement in underlying body composition would only incentivize them to continue membership. So it could serve both as an acknowledgment of loyalty and an incentive for retention, especially for those in the early and more fragile stage of the journey. Thanks. Name removed

I love that I can watch tv while sweating and getting all the benefits of a dry sauna. Also that I can take a shower after if I want to. The place is very clean with friendly staff.

I like having a personal trainer to tell me what to do during one session instead of having myself thinking about which part of my body I need to train, what practice I need to do. And PT will always watch my posture and adjust the weight based on my body feedback
