This is my fourth year taking classes with her now and I was never disappointed! Her practice is unique in that she combines strength building with flexibility and natural ways to calm our nervous systems. For me, her classes truly achieve the union between the body and mind that is yoga.
I have been going through a very intense time at work and my classes with Oksana always give me positive energy and the hope that I am strong enough to go through it. She is a fantastic teacher and I really hope that I will keep learning from her for a long time! Namaste.

I’ve been coming here consistently for two months now and have seen the best results with the red light therapy. My skin is glowing and feeling fresh right after. The sauna has helped with my immunity greatly now, I haven’t gotten a common cold in over two months now. I work with children at a school and I was constantly getting sick but I really feel like the sauna has helped me decrease my chances of getting sick by a lot. All the suites are clean and ready for you to just sit back and relax. The staff is always kind and helpful as well.
