The staff is friendly and always willing to accommodate for when I arrive early for my appointment.
Aside from the fitness model itself, which continues to feel accessible and beneficial, I experience service as only improving more and more in the eight or nine months that I've been visiting. Getting to know the trio of specialists makes attending sessions more enjoyable, comfortable and rewarding. Their commitment to getting to know me makes sessions feel personal and intentional. The combo of customized programming in a friendly space is consistently the strongest offering.
