Love Lagree— just wish we had more of Leah Mertz and Erin (the more advanced instructors) in the west loop. The only West Loop instructors that feel really advanced are Allison and Veronika. More of Leah and Erin, along with Allison in W Loop would make me want to sign up for more classes.

As a woman and a newbie to going to the gym, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The staff are wonderful and thoughtful; providing alternative solutions to meet you where you are at and incredibly welcoming. The classes are super diverse! So many to choose from and plenty to choose from after work hours, which for me is ideal.
The separate womans gym has everything you need and is never crowded. Although all spaces feel incredibly safe from judgement. No contracts required! This was huge for me, especially with such chaotic financial times.
I wholeheartedly recommend this gym!

This facility is impeccably clean and their staff (especially Jasmine!!) takes care of every detail from a warm, friendly welcome to making sure your sauna suite is at the right temp with the right video/audio options on upon entering! So happy to have them on my health journey!

The facility is very clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the towel service and the cold washcloth. The sauna experience is a lovely, private way to relax and detox. I always feel better when I leave.

The room and bed were comfortable, warm and clean. I got a rejuvenating facial. Kira was very kind and friendly and her touch was so soft and soothing. I think I dosed off a couple of times! All of the oils or creams (I didn’t ask any questions) smelled so good. I felt amazing when I left!
