My husband and I visited Perspire Sauna Studio – The Woodlands and had such a great experience. The snow shower was AMAZING! The staff was welcoming and professional, and the studio was spotless. We’ll definitely be back.

This was my first experience at yoga pod. I haven’t done hot bikram yoga in years due to health issues, and Helen was absolutely awesome. She’s one of the best instructors I’ve ever had and I look forward to coming back!
